As you know I love a good coordinated outfit moment. I am already excited about taking our pictures this year since we have little Emma to add to the mix (I was 6 weeks pregnant with her in this shot above!) Not matchy matchy, that I actually really dislike, but dressing everyone int eh same color family but in varied patterns, textures and styles is so great when taking those all important holiday card photos! Here is a coordinated set in navy and green that I think is pretty adorable (and perhaps will be our look this year!).
Here’s a second option for the ladies in the family that is a bit dressier too. Can also pair the navy slip skirt with a textured/ cable knit, slightly cropped navy sweater and booties for a cute look as well!
Happy weekend everyone!
Love the dressy option. With the denim jacket linking to what the boys are wearing.
Any tips for how to display family photos in the home?
If only Andrew would wear a shawl collar sweater … But how exciting Emma will be visible in the photos this year!
I have this “urge”…no, “this need” to coordinate…it just is. When we “go out”…we coordinate…NOT MATCH, bur, guess I STILL after 50 years, get a buzz when “someone just comes up” and says, or whispers, “you (two..or, family) really do look nice!” It does happen all the time. franki
Yes! I was hoping this would be the post this week…I’ve window shopping for our outfits and am always grateful for your input. xo
