Fashion Friday: Fall-ing for Pink

The fall 2018 runways predicted hot pink would be HUGE this fall…. and so it is! Now not all of us can rock a bright fuschia, but there are tons of great items in all ranges of pink (the bolder, the more on trend you’ll be though). Here is a round up of this happy, bright color that I love mixing with camels and other rich neutrals during colder months!

Great roundup, Erin! It’s good to see colors expanding into “non-traditional” seasons. Regarding pink, I think the combination of any shade of pink with gray is particularly wonderful during chilly months. Take care.
I love pink especially near my face. It makes me look younger and brighter💗. The color pink represents comforting and caring and who couldn’t use a little more of that?

I was thinking “hot pink for fall? No way”. Till I remembered my very hot pink jacket I’ve been wearing for years on non-rainy days. I always get a ton of compliments and it brightens up even the cloudiest of days…

oh man, I am not really in the market for a new coat, but that is seriously beautiful. I have a similar one in navy (also from Boden) that I’ve had for years and love.
I got the BEST pink coat from Boden last year. I thought it was be totally impractical, but it ended up going with everything . Pink goes great with winter colors. I wore it all the time and will be happy to see it again this winter.
Also – agree with above comments re: J. Crew. Crap quality. Am loving Boden these days as well. I got the red/pink dress you featured a few weeks ago and it’s really gorgeous and well made.
Oh! So happy to see you using Poshmark as a source. I love Poshmark and have found it to be such an easy site to both sell and shop on. I lost some weight and literally had to start over with a new wardrobe. Without Poshmark I could not have done that. My closet is @fiano on Poshmark if you would like to take a peek. 😊
Love this post! Unfortunately everything I buy from J Crew falls apart so I have abandoned them. I now shop at Boden almost all of the time. They have the best customer service!
Pink is one of my fall colors and yes I mix it with camel too. I got a Jcrew double breasted blazer at the Nordstrom’s sale. It was one of my new additions for Fall. Love PINK. Thank you for confirming PINK. Is IN
Re: JCrew remaking that blazer. I agree! I miss the days of old when JCrew put out good quality classic staples! I haven’t bought anything from them in at least a couple of years. Le sigh.
Couldn’t agree more with this. What happened to the old classic preppy look? I haven’t bought anything there in a few years either.
