top // leggings // boots // sunglasses
I’ve mentioned just how much I love both fall and being outdoors and working out- but I also love pieces that can work for both running errands in town or walking on a trail. Backcountry has so many amazing finds (and sales) and I’ve been ordering from them a lot lately as I not only prep for fall time outside with my kids but also…yes…. WINTER. (Note: that SAM puffer jacket in the collage I already have in faux leather I worse all last winter? Yeah, I’ll be snagging it in black for this year!)
Hiking boots are chic this season- not just for hiking. These made of natural leather with navy accents are great for city and country. And on sale!
Love the high/ low cut on this fleece top (also comes in two other colors), and the mock boatneck. Runs large, size down!
Attempting to get our kids to appreciate being out in nature can prove a little challenging…. :)
Luckily, we live in an area with pretty trails all ages can enjoy.
This look is cute enough for coffee in town as is, but I could also pair this top and boots with skinny jeans easily as well!
I love, love, love these sunglasses– polarized, lightweight and at $28 a pair, I’ll be getting other colors.
Here are some town and country picks from Backcountry I love. And be sure to use code ELEMENTSOFSTYLE15 for 15% off your first purchase (*exclusions apply). Click images for links.

Ok ordering those boots! How do you feel about their activewear? I’ve been eyeing some leggings and a sports bra but as someone who’s petite bottomed with a larger D-cup chest, sizing for activewear can be very hit or miss.
Love it all! 😍 What size did you get in the fleece top?
Thanks
RUns quite large- I’m in an XS
So chic!
