I was SO excited and honored to be asked by Dixie Designs to be a part of their Holiday Tastemakers series this year. Together with the amazing artist Holly Hollon, we dreamed up this gorgeous suite of holiday cards and accents that celebrates this time of year but also my love for fabrics and wallpaper. I wanted to base our repeat pattern on the beloved Pierre Frey Toiles de Nantes but also boxwood swags, wreaths and chinoiserie pots. Holly took my inspiration and translated it into the PERFECT pattern! We even got a little Greek key in there for good measure! :)
I just got my own set of cards and LOVE them – the amazing picture by Sara Grayson makes it, of course. :)
I’m going to be ON TOP OF IT this year with my cards now! :) And have my wrapping paper scheme all set too! I’ll probably pair this paper with some kraft paper with paler blue patterned ribbon.
These tags are so great to have around too…
There are SO many options beyond what I chose too… click here to see them all!
There are a bunch of amazing collections by other designers too – I adore Julia Amory’s collection!
And the amazing Mark Sikes did an adorable one too!
I hope this helps you get leg up on your holiday prep! A big thank you to Dixie Designs for including me in this incredibly fun project!
Erin, these are gorgeous – – – would have used them but this year my cards are already ordered and here. For next year, would you consider posting this in late October / early November (I know, I know, seems way too early, but many of us address them over the end of Thanksgiving weekend – if we ordered now they might not get here in time).
But I did just now go on the website to order those lovely potted-tree theme invitations for an event in January, so for that I am very glad you showcased the company today!
SO CHARMING!!! franki
These are gorgeous! Well done.
I love Dixie Designs. Already have my holiday cards in hand from them just waiting for me to address them over the Thanksgiving holiday, hopefully. Especially love their holiday gift tags featuring the breed of my dogs, Boykin Spaniels! Was super excited to see those on their site.
