Hi Erin! Totally unrelated to this post – but could you maybe do a post in the future about family-friendly (read: spill-proof) area rugs? Thanks!
Black is the new SWAG! I have so many clothes with black color and still not bored. Planning to buy that black bag. Check more interesting products at: https://livelifecomfy.com
Hello Erin! Great list. I’m wondering if you have ever done or would consider doing a gift list for couples or a household in general.
Just a heads up that the faux fur pom on that cute hat is sadly made from real bunny rabbit :(
Hey girlfriend…I asked for the Flynn compass necklace and name disc for Christmas, with my late son’s name. The compass is one of my “symbols” for him. Hope I get them…. ;)
Wow, that is so lovely. I hope so too!
Hi Erin,
I am a HUGE fan of yours – book and blog! I enjoyed the Gifts for Him post and ordered a Timex watch for my husband. I wanted to let you know that their customer service is awful. Their policy for orders of $100 or more (everything!) is that they place a call to make sure the purchase isn’t fraudulent, and if you don’t answer, they cancel the order. So I asked for my order to be replaced – nope. I ordered again and asked for the discount I used to be applied – nope. I asked for my order to be cancelled then – nope. The very polite rep must have said “I am sorry, m’am” twenty times, which is clearly the company’s canned response.
I know you take your vendors very seriously. I have never taken the time to write in on something like this, but I think this is important. Just wanted you to know. I also wrote into the company, but don’t expect anything to happen on that end.
Take care!
Shannon
Wow that is not cool. I will share this with someone over there for sure. I’m sorry, I had no idea! Seems like a really dumb policy!!
