You keep believing that spring will come and I’ll keep believing my shoulder fx and subsequent operation is going to eventually be pain free. And I’ll be able to lift my arm and wear something other than my husband’s button front shirts.

I hope your shoulder gets better! I had shoulder issues last fall and it was so demoralizing. After 6 months of PT I started a Barre-style exercise class and it has really helped continued healing. Wishing you well!
