The book is officially out guys! I know a lot of you have started receiving them in the mail, which has been SO fun to see on social media!
We had a great launch event last night at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams who so graciously hosted all of us! Lots of cozy places to sit and chat, have a drink and flip through the new book. Thank you to everyone who came out and waited in line to get their book signed- it was so wonderful to meet so many of you! If you have not ordered a book, you can now right HERE! :) If you feel so inclined to leave a review on Amazon, that would be super appreciated too!
None of this would be possible without my team at EGD!!!! I’m so lucky to have such a talented, funny, kind and hard working staff!!!
A lot of you on Instagram have asked about my dress! I really wanted to coordinate with the color scheme of the book for this launch event and was having SO much trouble finding anything that looked right. I randomly walked by the Hobbs London section in Bloomingdales, which is a bit more Eileen Fisher adjacent than I normally wander in the store- but THANK GOODNESS I did! I not only found this dress, but TWO great dresses. What a great label I have not worn before! I felt like a walking, talking Wedgewood vase!

He looked pretty damn cute too– the adorbs Liberty of London shirt is from J.Crew, his velvet blazer is an older hand-me-down, jeans are J.Crew factory (my fave).
Henry and Dee came as dates of course, and it was so fun to celebrate all of us together! Without her hard work with Henry, I would not be able to do my job. And of course Andrew too.
I am so tired today, I really wish I was curled up on this massive sherpa covered sectional right now watching Queer Eye and sipping a latte. I did not want to move from here (also, I barely could thanks to Spanx + tight dress + super high heels!)
Also, we are doing a new giveaway in co-ordination with the book launch- you can enter here to win a bundle of goodies from some fave retailers in the style of the book! Running now until April 19th (only open to US residents please!)
I’m off to the Boston Design Center tonight to speak and then New York City tomorrow evening for more book signings! See the schedule here! Thank you all for your support and excitement surrounding the book.

Looks like you are having a great time with the book signing. Congratulations! Thanks for the fabulous giveaway.
Congratulations! Absolutely love your dress. You all look wonderful.
Congrats, Erin!!! Your book is amazing, I know I will refer back to it for years to come(as I do the first book). I will definitely leave a review on Amazon!
Hi Erin,
Saw you speak at the Boston Design Center event last night. You were so relatable and authentic. I bought you’re book and had a good chuckle at your “ugly-crying Claire Danes style.” Long live Jordan Catalano. Here’s my question: Can you please, please, please tell me the name of the kid-friendly fabric that turned out to not be so kid friendly? I have a 2-year-old and a 3-year-old and am currently working with a designer who is covering a new couch in a stain-resistant fabric. Want to make sure it’s not the kind you bought! Thank you and congrats on all your successes.
Best,
Neely
I just got your new book Tuesday and love so much!
your DRESS!!!! and earrings and shoes <33
congrats on the book launch!
Received my book yesterday and can’t wait to delve in- much congrats!!! You look fabulous for the launch – love the outfit! And your family is beautiful. Enjoy it all!!
You look stunning!
Congratulations on the new book, received mine yesterday, it was a beautiful surprise. Just left an Amazon review.
Love that you wore such a pretty dress! Haven’t read your blog in too long but am always inspired! This whole page of posts was 👌. EPS those amazing spring outfits ( the madewell dress and those tortoise flower earrings!). Makes me miss east coast style! Keep up the great work! I hope you’re enjoying these milestones and taking moments to enjoy your favorite things too. 💕 I’m saying because it’s been a busy year for me and I know it’s hard to take time every week to do nothing but enjoy something without stress or pressure attached. A great family getaway is Marco Island Marriot. Doesn’t get better! ( it’s dreamy and super calm and kid friendly, including a restaurant literally next to the sand so kids can run around before/during/after dinner with the water a half mile away. Super huge beach)
How radiant and gorgeous is Dee! And the way you each have a hand holding up Henry in that photo is just beautiful. Congrats, Erin :)
I loved how they had Dee and Henry there too. Yes very radiant!
My book should be in tomorrow and I can’t wait to check it out. How sweet the night must have been to have Henery there with you. Wishing you happiness and continued success. Congratulations!
Got my book yesterday and love it. Sat down after dinner to read it with my 11 year old reading his book on the couch next to me – heaven! Love the book already only a few chapters in. So real and practical and yet inspirational at the same time. That’s a tough balance. Cheers to you.
Congratulations! You and your family look beautiful… and SO happy! Can’t wait to get my book here in Canada! : )
Congratulations, so excited for you!!! I just got my copy last night (LOVE IT!) and was going to Instagram it this morning on my nightstand (once I made my bed), but life got in the way and I had to attend to a grumpy three-year-old instead. Seemed appropriate to share as it is all about family spaces ;) Wishing you all the best!
Those killer heels are what Oprah calls “show” shoes; just for walking on stage. Don’t even think about taking them on your book tour. Am looking forward to some quality reading time with my copy of the book.
You look beautiful and happy; can’t tell you’re tired at all (maybe you weren’t yet). Henry is adorable of course and it looks like a good time was had by all.
After a long and frustrating day at work, it was a real treat to come home and find that my book has been delivered. Though it was a busy night with sports practices and homework, I managed to skim through it and look forward to hunkering down to really read it soon. Love your style of writing – reading the book is almost like reading a really long blog post :) and the spaces you featured are beautiful. My teenage daughter started taking notes of ideas to re-do her bedroom. Good luck on the book tour. I have a feeling that this book might even surpass the success of the first!
CONGRATS on your new book – so excited to dive in and also display in my home! What a fun launch party and how darling is Henry in his blazer:-)
Congratulations, Erin! Your book arrived in the mail yesterday, and I truly had chills when I saw it in person. I especially loved the introductory picture with you and Henry and the dedication. As a working mom who struggles with all the feels, I can’t tell you how much I look forward to reading your blog and hearing updates on your family, life, and work. I relate to so much of what you say. Congratulations, again!
I am so astonished to be here and to assemble this marvelous article which is quite thanks for sharing a post with us.
