I’ve been trying to find some new clothes lately for some events and travel I have coming up and I can’t help but feel like everything seems to be $300 these days!? Why is that? All of the sudden jeans have gone over $200 for anything designer label and a nice sweater or top runs the same or more. So when Everlane asked me to partner with them to share with you my thoughts on their MUCH more affordably priced wares, I jumped at the chance to try them out. I surprisingly, only have one Everlane tee, so I was anxious to see how their denim fit specifically!
This outfit is so classically me… I LOOOOOOVE me some good white denim and these jeans are great- the Mid Rise Skinny Jean in a PERFECT slightly off-white color that makes them feel richer and even possibly appropriate for winter and only $68! Really, $68!!!! The material is nice and thick (which I require in white denim!) and not super stretchy so it sort of hold you in! I am normally a 27 in jeans and 5′ 9″ and got these in a 27 tall and they fit perfect. The Navy Cashmere Crewneck is an essential and fits great- not too boxy but not too fitted either, perfect for layering, like over this Striped Relaxed Poplin Shirt— which has the perfect size collar if you enjoy a little “pop” and is roomy without looking sloppy.
And the shoes!!! The Editor Slingbacks are so darling and a great flat that feels dressier than a ballet flat. I may have to get them in black as well!
Sorry for the Oliver photobomb in this one, he simply would not get out of the way! :) Here is another easy and casual outfit– their ribbed Cashmere Mockneck sweater, with bell sleeves, which is super soft and a great weight (comes in a crewneck and V neck as well) and Mid-Rise Stretch Skinny jeans. In these jeans the comments all said to size down, so I’m in a 26 Regular, but I kind of wish I had just gotten a 27 tall in these too. We’ll see how much they stretch with some continued wear!
These Boss Boots are amazing though– such thick, lovely leather- would also be great with tights and a sweater dress! Size up a little in these- I needed the 9 to avoid a too tight toe since they are pointy.
There are lots of other great basics I like too. And I really love that the company is staunch in their efforts to maintain fair labor conditions and wages for their factory workers, as well as be transparent about their pricing model. It’s a very respectable company you can feel good about supporting. :)

They also have some interesting looking mens basics too- going to pick up some of these shorts for Andrew for our upcoming trip!
**This post was sponsored by Everlane. Product selections, styling and opinions all my own. Thank you for supporting the companies that help keep EOS going!
Hey Erin, Fashion Friday post idea… we are renewing our vows in Hawaii. I don’t want to wear my original ML wedding dress because it just seems too formal for a beach type setting. Would love to see your take on what to wear for a beach wedding/renewal. Thanks!
You look fantastic in these Everlane items! Sadly, for my body shape I end up looking frumpy. Too bad, since I love their quality and styles.
Everlane also has options to name your own price on certain items. Their cashmere and sweaters are great. Glad to see a post on this company.
I love your fashion posts Erin! Those mustard sling backs are so pretty! Want :)

Oliver is SO CUTE! What kind of dog is he?
He was a rescue so we aren’t 100% sure but the best guess is a Bichon- Havanese mix!
Love your recommendations! Can you tell me whether the jeans stretch out after the first wear or do they retain their shape? It would be nice to know for situations when I bring them on trips and have to wear them more than once- I can’t stand the look of stretched out/ sloppy looking jeans when wearing them again. Thanks!
Good example of a well done sponsored post. You even modeled for us! And looked fabulous. Still hoping for a fashion post using your new leopard coat…
Love Oliver! Thanks for the review. I’ve been wanting to purchase from them, but I wasn’t sure about their fit. And I totally agree that somewhat decent clothing seems so overpriced :(
I’m a big fan of Everland denim. I also have a number of their t-shirts and they’re so nice and soft and aren’t too clingy.
I’ve recently purchased a few things (a cashmere crew, several long sleeve tees) from Everlane and have become a big fan for all the reasons you mentioned- great fit, wonderful fabrics and amazing prices! Everything comes in simple, elegant packaging too.
Enjoy!!
I love their t-shirts! Great fit, high quality, so soft. I’ve gradually switched out all other tees for a collection of theirs :)
I’m with you that everything is either super cheap fabric, or $300 per piece. Looking forward to trying this company – esp jeans!
YES! Either garbage quality or SOOOOOO expensive!
I highly highly highly recommend the v-neck cashmere sweater dress! The slightly boxier cut makes it drape beautifully with zero clingy-ness. It’s so flattering and so soft and comfy. I could live in it. Also looks great with a scarf to add some color/pattern.
E,
Where is your entryway mirror from? Thanks so much!
It’s na antique from Andrew’s grandparents!
I love the photobomb, ha! And I’ve been on the hunt for white jeans, will check these out!
