Lately I’ve been having a lot of luck finding great pieces from Banana Republic for awesome prices. I can’t recall the last time I bought pants in multiple colors in the same fit, but I did recently with BR. I ahve found the quality to be better than some other stores and there tends to be a more work appropriate selection of styles. I partnered with them today to share some of the great scores I’ve found. And even reluctantly/awkwardly posed in some of them. :)
OK, for real, these pants are AMAZE. I am wearing the tall and they are so flattering (and come in other colors like red and olive). Also the sunglasses are my new fave.
pink pants // top (unfortunately sold out but same fabric in a classic button down or a simple shell here) // sunglasses // earrings
A bunch of fab accessories…
sunglasses // pink earrings // tassel earrings // bag // shoes (pattern also available in pumps)
This dress basically feels like wearing pajamas, which we all wish we could wear to work right? And a patterned heel always is a great way to dress up basics! (Also, P.S. I don;t know how fashion bloggers pose like this all the time!!!)
dress (love it in yellow too) // shoes (also love in tortoise) // sunglassess // bag // earrings // denim jacket (VERY old but similar here)
I also love this tweed car coat (ON SALE NOW!)— it’s very ladylike (Kate Middleton much???) but yet funky. And can get you through the weekend or workday, which is key when buying a coat or jacket.
For a weekend look- pair with distressed denim, a simple navy tee, fun necklace (old) and flats or sandals (mine are old, similar HERE). I wore this the other day to the office since we have a casual work environment and it was perfect to go from desk to a meeting.
For an office look I would pair with fun pants (like the Banana Logan fit– which are amazingly flattering), pearls, a white tee and nude block heels.

Those pink pants look lovely on you! I’ve shied away from wider pants for a few years now because I’m only 5’4″ and am afraid they’ll overwhelm me (though that didn’t stop me from wearing super wide legs in high school!). The wider leg looks so flattering on you. I do have myself a pair of pink pants from BR for the summer and always get so many compliments on them. I love how you paired it with the denim (or chambray?) top. I would never have thought to put those together. Thanks for the outfit inspiration. I’m in desperate need for a summer wardrobe refresh!
You look fantastic in these clothes. I love the pink pants. Unfortunately, lots of people must have loved them, because they are sold out in many sizes. You know what they say about hesitating. I’m just coming late to the party and catching up on your posts. Love your Friday posts!
Oh, Erin, these are gorgeous pieces! The jacket is scrumptious and sophisticated. Well done, you!
You look great! Know from your previous posts how hard sharing photos of yourself is for you, but love seeing the styles in action and you look beautiful. Thanks for modeling!
Ok, seriously, how cute are you?! Absolutely amazing job modeling, Erin!!
You look beautiful as usual! Do you mind telling what kind of watch you are wearing?
Stunning photos…you look fantastic AND so happy!!! Great finds!! Thanks for sharing!! franki
Fantastic color, depth, and composition. Thanks!
This is such a gorgeous and unique colour scheme! Looks so classy!
It’s so weird posing for pictures and wonder the same thing but you look great. Love the denim top and pink pants on you and love that they come in tall!
Love the outfits, but your hair stole the show! Gorgeous! Duchess Kate has nothing on you 😜
Love all the looks! I’m looking for a mid heel nude pump, similar to the one you show. The one shown on BP’s website seems much taller at over 3” than the one in your picture. Is that the same pump (and an optical illusion)?
Off topic, but I loaned your book to a friend this morning. Her daughter is struggling with an eating disorder, and I think your essay will encourage her and give her hope that her daughter will come through this hard time, and will even excel. I really think your openness is a gift. I can’t guess how many people you have comforted or inspired.
Wow, I’m sorry to hear your friend’s daughter is struggling. I really hope that she gets the help she needs and it’s lovely her mom has a friend like you to lean on!
You look adorable.
Love all the looks on you! The tweed coat is great with the jeans and necklace. Just got one for myself!
Love this. I am desperate for pretty summer work dresses that are knee length for corporate America. I buy every J Crew sleeveless sheath they make and have to add some more variety. Anytime you post work fashion posts I am so thankful!!
Same here Jen. I got so sick of Jcrew dresses and my new go-to is Of Mercer: https://www.ofmercer.com/collections/dresses
Love those pink (or are they red?) pants, Erin! Hopping over there now to find something for my girl’s elementary graduation. Totally just an excuse for something new!
Have a great weekend.
PINK! But they come in red too!
Hey Erin,
Where is the wooden necklace from?
Thanks!
Old and no longer made!
