Fashion Friday: Looking Good When It’s Freaking Cold!

Since the temperatures have dipped significantly, those of us that live in places that have an actual winter have been relegated to seeing each other mostly bundled up in coats 99% of the time. So I thought it would be a good time to do a winter coat roundup. There are great sales right now on coats too, so be sure to check some of these out if you are in need of a good one (or a fifth good one). I for one am so glad I invested in an extremely warm Moncler coat last year! When you live in New England, you can’t mess around when it comes to your wear-all-the-time puffy coat :)

In my climate (Seattle) we don’t usually have very cold winters, but we do have a lot of days with potential for rain. So my winter coats are always waterproofed (either in the fabric or I spray when I bring them home) and have hoods. I’m always prepared. Nobody around here carries an umbrella.
Perfect timing as I head to freezing Berlin. Ordered the Amazon coat with the “fur” trim and may bring my Barbour.
Love the fuzzy one you’re wearing, it looks so cozy and warm.
