Thank you for titling this post “valentines day gifts”. Period. Not “gifts for her” or “gifts for him”. More and more I find that sort of distinction outdated and totally unnecessary. I couldn’t believe a gift guide from Wirecutter separated their categories into sexes, and it was ridiculous and disheartening to think that a “her” wouldn’t want good barbeque tools or that a “him” wouldn’t want nice kitchen tools.
Those pink champagne truffles are my favorite! I received a few boxes for my birthday and have been on a one-a-day habit!
All I want for Valentine’s day is a card from my sweetie and something very chocolaty for dessert. I’m thinking Hot Chocolate Lava Cake. And a fireplace. And a bottle of wine to share.
Okay, I want it all!
