Wallpaper is literally my favorite thing to add to any house I’m working on, so I love finding good retail-facing sources to share. I found this paper above and almost DIED over how cool it is for a kids room (or a beach house powder room!) There are so many other great options on the site, Rebel Walls, that I thought you guys might like to see in case you have not heard of them!
They have a few color ways of this chinoiserie (click images for links)
I love this adorable black and white animal illustration print.
This scenic, vintage-feeling mural would be amazing just about anywhere.
Maybe you recall seeing this one in one of Emily Henderson’s nurseries?
Another pretty vintage landscape mural- love these mixed with hints of modern in the furniture.
This astronomy map would be cool on a kids room ceiling!
How adorable would this be in a playroom???
Another cute one for a beach house bathroom!
Another great place for wallpaper is Anthropologie! I love this vintage blockprint-inspired floral.
And this great non-woven textured wallpaper, too- a great basic.
This is SUCH a good star wallpaper- great for ceilings or walls (and the blue reminds me a little of Henry’s room)
This mural is one of their most popular offerings- great for an accent wall!
We did this paper in the black colorway in a New Jersey powder room.
This reminds me of a much more expensive designer paper (I also love the pale blue colorway!)
Last but not least, DYING over this mural!!!
Just thought you might like to know as a designer “colorways” is one word…love the wallpaper!
This is pure DIVINE!!! I am totally smitten with wallpaper murals, etc. These are exquisite possibilities!! franki
I love wallpaper, though I usually hide it away in unexpected places like a closet, powder room, or dining nook. It adds the wow that every space deserves without overwhelming. These papers are so beautiful. I can’t wait to use them. Thank you for sharing.
You make me like wallpaper .. and that’s saying something to someone scarred for life by her parents wallpaper choices back in the 60s … One of your suggestions reminds me of Gold Hive blog’s hand painted mural for the one room challenge. It was stunning!

These wall papers are all so gorgeous! I need to add some to a space in our home!

I’m so in love with wallpaper. I have the Hoshu pattern from Thibaut in my small bathroom. I am so happy I took the leap and went bold. Now I want to wallpaper EVERYTHING! How do you feel wallpaper will fair in a full bath? I just remember as a kid we steamed the wallpaper right off the wall from all the hot showers!
Swoon! I’ll definitely be using this on a project soon. Thanks for sharing
This is all lovely. I’m a wallpaper fan too. In your second book, you recommended vinyl grasscloth-look paper. Do you have a good source you could recommend?
Love all of these ! So beautiful! It’s worth noting that occasionally wallpapers that are on Anthropologie’s website can be found at other wallpaper sites for a greatly reduced price, although I love the way they style them in roomsas it provides great ideas for inspiration.
Erin, What do you do when you have a chair rail in the dining room but really just want to do one accent wall with wallpaper? Having trouble figuring that one out.
Hi Beth, it’s so crazy you asked this question, I am dealing with this same issue. I have gone so far as to ponder having some of the top and a good amount of the bottom of the mural cut off so it fits the space over the wainscoting, but I have to be careful with what mural I choose so it doesn’t look obvious like pieces were cut off ie. there is half a bird or half a tree. I have gone so far as debating having my wainscoting removed which is crazy I know, but I can’t get past wanting a mural on the main dining room wall:)
