Another Henry-approved gift– his beloved “blue car”– best $50 I ever spent. He’s too big for it but still want to use it. He has now moved up to his new obsession – this motorized John Deere. :)
The Kindle Fire is a lifesaver- the case makes is destruction-proof and it keeps kids on parent approved sites/ shows.

Great list! But I have the play kitchen at #3 and wish I could throw it out the window. It’s all sharp corners, flimsy doors, a tippy fridge and approximately 9,000 screws.

Where was all this cool stuff back when I was a kid? I’m looking at you doll house, play kitchen and that ballerina mouse? Damn.
Grandpa got our then three year old grandson a little motorcycle peddle car. He rode it years, even after he outgrew it and finally handed it off to his little sis. They’ve both outgrown it and it’s off to their cousin. And my now 13 yr old grandson is still a little reluctant to let it go …
